Staff Nurse (Nights) (DDC/NSN)

To provide nursing care for service users with mental health needs.  To uphold the principles and philosophy of individual client care and promote a relaxed atmosphere within the defined standards of the home and the statutory requirements.  (38.5hrs p/w working night shifts - 19.45pm to 08.00am).  Week 1 - Mon, Tue, Sat & Sun / Week 2 - Wed, Thurs & Fri.

To work collaboratively with local Deepdene Services (Clifton House and Norton Street), providing professional input as directed by line manager. 

To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.

The Ormsby Centre is an established provider of residential nursing care specialising in caring for older people with dementia or other mental health needs. 

As the Clinical Lead, you will take responsibility for clinical leadership within the Home and deputise for the Home Manager during periods of absence.

You will provide senior clinical input via direct work with the residents and by ensuring that all Residents have care plans and risk assessments that are person-centred and current.
