Our Services
Deepdene Care provides a range of services for adults with a wide variety of mental health needs, ranging from hospital and nursing care to residential and supported living environments. We currently work with over 40 PCTs and Local Authorities throughout the UK.
We support;individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs such as alcohol and drug induced psychosis, schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. Many Service Users also exhibit behaviors such as self harm, behavioral problems or personality disorders and dual diagnosis of borderline or mild learning disabilities.
Our hospital services provide a therapeutic environment for individuals detained under the provisions of the Mental Health Act 1983 and who present challenges that cannot be managed in other community based services. Staffed by a multi-disciplinary team including a Responsible Clinician, nurses (RMN, RGN and RNLD), Occupational Therapist and a Social Worker, the service focuses on rehabilitation and recovery.
Our specialist nursing and residential services are all community based, and;provide a supportive and structured environment for individuals who are typically moving from a hospital based servce, or those who have experienced placement breakdowns. All our services benefit from psychiatric nursing input as well as support from highly trained and experienced care teams. Our Activities Co-ordinators focus on promoting a healthy and active lifestyle by working with Service Users to develop nutritionally balanced diets, improving daily living skills and therapeutic activities aimed at promoting recovery.
